Ok, so your Hudl2 won’t boot. There are a couple of things you can try to fix it. The first is to wipe the cache partition. This won’t delete any of your files or data. The second is to reset the Hudl2 to factory defaults. This will delete everything and if it works leave you with a Hudl2 completely reset as if it was new out of the box. This may not be a problem if you have configured your Google account to backup all your photos and data.
