Hudl2 Diagnostics: I see an empty Battery Icon on Screen

When a Hudl2 hasn’t been charged for a long time, the Battery may take several minutes to start charging. When it does, the the Orange empty battery (with an exclamation mark in the middle) on the screen will change to a Blue battery charging animation.

After ten minutes, does your Hudl 2 start to charge?
